He's not going to be in general population. As soon as you get assigned to your unit, you will be asked to show your paperwork. He will have it and it will say 5K which is a downward departure from the judge, meaning your a rat, he wont even make it to his cell. But if he goes to a camp he will most likely be ok. Servis should gets sentaenced before him and thats huge depending on his sentence. Nicky boy might actually not go to prision depending on how much testomony he gave. Believe it or not. Im going with house arrest or a year and a day.

He does not go into custody, tomorrow. He will be given his sentence and a later, a date to surrender. Most likely in 45 days or so.

IN ABOUT 15 HOURS EVERYONE WILL KNOW THE OUTCOME OF THIS SENTENCE! I WOULD ASSUME THAT THIS YOUNG MAN IS VERY NERVOUS RIGHT NOW. I WOULD DOUBT THAT HE WOULD BE REMANDED---I WOULD ESTIMATE 45 TO 90 DAYS TO REPORT TO CAMP. EITHER WAY, I AM SURE THIS FELLA IS VERY NERVOUS.
