He's not going to be in general population. As soon as you get assigned to your unit, you will be asked to show your paperwork. He will have it and it will say 5K which is a downward departure from the judge, meaning your a rat, he wont even make it to his cell. But if he goes to a camp he will most likely be ok. Servis should gets sentaenced before him and thats huge depending on his sentence. Nicky boy might actually not go to prision depending on how much testomony he gave. Believe it or not. Im going with house arrest or a year and a day.

48 TO 72 AND I AM BEING KIND!   HE HAS THE MOST SERIOUS OF ALL CHARGES---THE PROSECUTORS ARE TRYING TO AVOID AN APPEAL DUE TO DISCREPENCY ON THE TERM OF SENTENCE AND ASKED FOR A LOWER SENTENCE.  THE PSR RECOMMENDS 72 MONTHS--THE JUDGE IS AS CLOSE TO THE PSR AS POSSIBLE AS THE PSR TAKES TIME TO PREPARE AND THEY INTERVIEW FAMILY MEMBERS AS WELL AS ASSOCIATES.  WHEN THEY SAY 72---THERE IS A REASON THEY SAY IT AND IT WILL BE PRECISE.  THE PSR IS FILED BY PROBATION ALREADY.   THERE ARE VARIOUS SEALED DOCUMENTS ON THE DOCKET THAT WILL BE OPENED BUT WILL BE REDACTED.
