I'm a NY pizza guy all the way and I got my place down here, real Italian family place...and I can't do it at home, ok cook, but not that.Jet Pizza does have a great Detroit deep dish crust.I also agree about gussying up a jar marinara sauce, or like you said a pizza, or it's the base for something else.I dipped a slice recently in a hot garlic honey sauce, surprisingly good.
