Western Fair is such an inside track, when I picked the 6,7,8 total standouts in the 2nd a little birdie whispered you're getting beat by an insider  ngc3

Listen to the birdies tmbz1

Good luck fellas
I am saving my bankroll roll for the next 2 weekends
I just glanced at Friday and Saturday
Those cards are LOADED ;D

It will be so weird for my brother and I looking at a paper race program and seeing Delaware listed on multiple horses. I've seen it online of course..post LBJ...but never on paper. I am old school. Love the paper program, always will

These 2 upcoming weekends for me are almost as good as the LBJ
I will be like a kid in the candy store  ngc3
Only bummer, my Pops won't be there with us.

Spped handicapping may be a mistake. There were 2 horses on my bet back list that in lasttuesday. I thought they would be in tonight but I dont see them.  Stiil capping.

feels like the old days going to YR or RR and getting the program while walking in and starting Race 1 with 10 minutes to post and rushing to race 2 in time to bet the DD.

There was no such thing as p3 p4 p5s yet

I will photo bomb the winners circle at some point
I will give out a heads up a race or 2 before
He will not
We do look exactly alike from what we are told
Everyone thinks we are twins, even though we are 3 years apart, me being younger

Glad we were apprehensive tonight...selects always feel good, but I threw 22 with very min wagers, 5th is my last and if nada, blanked.

Oh yeah...always best handicapping with a buzz.  Funny, makes winning even better but losing no worse...maybe even better as well knowing you will go for a nice meal either way.

  • dougie: No tournament play there. Two many young cowboys bullying us old guys. Just straight poker. A lot of fun, but you could get hurt if you don't know the players.

  • Trigger: When I refer to cash game I'm thinking non tourn or sit n go, casinos I've played in never let you play for cash only chips but technically a ring game is a cash game too.
  • dougie: Private games are cash only. But the table uses chips to cause no confusion. Buy-in it $1G with 2 other buy in allowed. It is strictly Texas Holdem. Is is no limit but most of the players know each other. No kids playing. I'd say the average age was about 40. Food is included. Usually subs and pizza. Occasionally Chinese food.

  • dougie: We had 8 tables going and the 1G prize is every hour. Todays game is the third private game I ever played. I starting to enjoy private games.

  • Trigger: How many tables partake in the 1g prize and is it 30m or an hour?
