WTF IS GOING ON IN TIMMY T's Life..???

How can a Top tier driver like Timmy T not be able to pay his fines? Why would it come to the point of suspension in order for him to pay up? This makes no sense at all to me! Perhaps off track issues unbeknownst to the public? If he had to borrow the money to pay them off,then my question is "Will he pay it back in Cash or ON TRACK "FAVORS"?? To me the entire situation stinks to high Hevan!!

Maybe he is a degenerate gambler or it goes up his nose like Trigger.

He sure did ,I  read it in last week's USTA Fines and Suspensions! He was suspended from driving for 1 day and the fines were finally paid.

Are we just assuming he didn't forget to pay it?  Sure that's not always on the top of their things to do list.
