He sensationalized it, at a time harness racing is struggling to survive in part because of that type real history, he became popular, pushing his book, charity for his cancer. 

Finding gangsters cool...but not a doctor who took a child born sick to be well, or an elderly like him to live happier, longer, or any one of us to heal faster from an accident.
