The horse paced the same this start as he did with Berger training and in much cheaper now compared to excelsior races a few months ago

That Giuliani thinks he can turn around anything.  He bought a horse from a friend of mine years ago.   Thing had a knee that looked like a softball.  He said like a fucking smartass that he will get him turned around.  Horse didn't make a nickel.  Guy seemed like an asshole.

El Dorado Stables just purchased 3 year old pacer LIGHTEN UP FRANCIS for $7000 from trainer John Berger (who?) on Preferred Equine today.  Has a record of 157:1 at Saratoga.
If he goes to Joe B, how much will he lower his record within 2 starts?
