Maywood, Balmoral, Northville, Hazel, Saginaw, Muskegon,
Detroit RC,Jackson, and a dozen others have failed
to keep Harness Racing viable...maybe they should entrust
their business exploits to "The Hebrew" in the future.?

My daughter is a litigation attorney...

She would torte the poor gent into the poorhouse
over a 3-5 period and would run a $3 million bill up
for our boy....

He would have no yearling money left...and be travelling
non stop for depositions to distant lands.

The racetrack themselves...may decline an owners
participation at  their track...for no reason whatsoever.

There are numerous Case Histories that support
a racetrack's or any business for that matter ability not to do
business with a party...No reason may be given.

In this case...To injure the Sport in spirit could
be a sole reason the exempt a participant from a State license.

Look at what happened to some of our Late Night Hosts
recently on TV.
