hey Dougie

I see you play at Seabrook sometimes

i drove there once for a weekend about 15 years ago for some heavy betting--they were giving out pretty good rebates so spent 3 days there--it was a ton of fun meeting some dog tracks bettors-they were hilarious

good little restaurant on that tiny intersection nearby
It's my second home! LOL! Can bet the horses, sports, great poker room, and the food restaurants in the Casino are really good. I believe the restaurant on the corner is still there. I hear it's good. But I get lot's of points so I use them at the restaurants inside. I actually prefer the Encore Casino on the Everett/Boston line, but the traffic is as bad as you will ever see. The Brook, which I get to in 35 minutes is a great alternative.

Hey Gural Welcome aboard! Do they still operate that Nuclear power plant in Seabrook?
Still no tax on clothes in NH?

Yes, no taxes on clothes and other things in NH. Unlike Maine. Where they never found a tax they didn't like.

I love Portsmouth and Seabrook was so much fun

they had only poker , horses and dogs--no casino-just bare bones hardcore betting-this was 2013 or so

Seabrook has quite a deep history in dog racing

they had a nickname---The House of Action" or something like that

Only 2 dog tracks left in the country
Both in West Virginia
The wife's cousin has worked at Wheeling forever.
She posts the numpers up on the tote board and charts the races.

They do double session at Wheeling. We used to open the window and bark as we crossed the bridge on the way to the Meadows. ;D
