2) todd  - not quite on dexter's level but ahead of the rest
3)andrew
4)scotty
5)james  if you want to change order,i wont argue too much
6)yannik
7)bartlett
8)david
9)louis
10)ronnie  again if you want to swap these 5 ok
these are easily the top 10

Taking Zeron over Andrew and David is pretty much done after his accident which brings Timmy back in the fold.

Also always find the trainer/driver pairings interesting. Not a ton of change this year although it looks like Zeron is Takters first choice again

My opinion of top 10 is
1 Dexter Dunn
2 Todd Mccarthy
3 James Macdonald
4 Jason Bartlett
5 Yannick Gingras
6 Scott Zeron
7 Andrew Mccarthy
8 Tim Tetrick
9 Ronnie Wrenn Jr (I believe he belongs in top 10)
10 Louis Roy (I'm struggling for 10th guy and he's pretty good)

I dont necessarily rank them in this order but this would be my go to top 10.  Dex for sure no doubt is number 1. Doug McNair is another great option
