I've dealt with the family for years never had a problem always class people. I would have to say Steve Salerno was the nicest of them great guy.

This doesn't seem to be a well thought out process. Not surprised. Normal would be to have replacements in the wings especially this much of a sweep. Press statements, possible damage control.
