Missing from HRU-"This Week's Fines and Suspensions"

Maybe I have overlooked it, or it has been moved to a different location, but the links that HRU provided under the "box" feature titled "This Week's Fines and Suspensions" appears to have disappeared for the past few weeks.  Are they putting a good coat of paint on a bad horse?
