Even if you can get the breast juicy it ain't staying that way the next day. That sucker is drying out. But ahhh there is a solution Spray a pan, drop a half stick of unsalted sweet cream butter, as it melts throw in some chopped up Vidalia onions (sweet) and also chopped Portabello mushrooms in. Not too small they shrink. Then chop up bite size pieces of that dried out turkey after 5 minutes, toss it in. In 10 minutes it's done and you can toss in some shredded Gruyere cheese. The juices from the veggies and butter are now infused in your desert dry bird. Tastes good on a sandwich or with creamy mashed potatoes. Not a big fan of turkey, but will make it for the the guests. Sounds good have fun. I like how my turkey sandwich tastes the next day. The tenderloin portin of the bird breast is very good. We eat turkey about 2-3x a month. It's a healthy choice.
