As a GOPer, i'm not thrilled with this expansion at the White House. And while all monies toward this construction is paid by wealthy donors, it reeks of "favoritism" and "pay to play" by special interests. I support the President on many issues. And some i'm disappointed in. Every President is just a tenant in that house. There's so much else needed to be addressed on the domestic front. For the President, the optics aren't good on this one.
