So is Wagner done? I know he had positives but I also read they were putting horses in someone else's name and got busted for that too. Just thought I'd ask as I don't see anything else about him.

Wagner is not done. Just no license to participate. He's using multiple people to front for him. There's no ruling that said he can't own and train. Just not on paper. He surrendered his USTA license that's about it. Without that he's not going to get a license to race at most tracks under his name. He has no fine in his name because they were already transferred to other beard owners.  But there's always going to be someone to front for him and his operation. One thing about him he's not a very good crook!
