 holding massive rifles.

It's sad that some people are irresponsible with weapons to encourage a young child to hold weapons he is not strong or mature enough to use.

No win situation. Kids going need lots of money for mental defense so 100K goes towards that and beats death by trigger happy cops. (not that he Dosen 't deserve it)
