Can somebody please explain how to insert a picture thank you

I've been a long time lurker but a new poster could somebody explain how to insert a picture thank you.

It most likely works in your funeral home OPIT.

Here ya go:

You see that Mona Lisa looking tab underneath "change color" above if you hover over it it says "Insert Image".  Click it and it will give you this
[img][img]  in your post.  Then right click with your mouse over the internet picture and choose "Copy Image Link" from the drop down, and then left click it and to paste the picture between these 2 guys [img]here[img] .

Also when you open a post box, just underneath it is this "Attachments and other options".  You might be able to find that useful as an alternative.

Looking at Olive Oyl, yikes, I think I know how he worked out those forearms to get them so massive, and it wasn't the spinach
