I haven't been in New England in 30 years, and never for live racing.  I'd love to go out there for their racing.  I was always impressed the way horses there would go to Yonkers and go 6secs+ faster.  Great fans and bred into their culture.  Great seafood and cool people.  If I make it out there, I'm inviting you Dougie and anyone here who is there out for drinks, and some face to face race talk if you'll join me!

Don't take this wrong. I am curious about your upbringing. My 95 year old mom, born and raised in Brooklyn, can give Trig a run for his money. Yet as I moved around the country and argued with people or used the F word I would be threatened with arrest. No kidding. I have had police called on me in hotels, car dealers, restaurants, etc for mild disagreements, and of course racetracks, for mild disagreements. Wehere I happened to be corrsect and stood my ground.
