Tetrick proved that he’s not all done today @ Philly winning 7 with 2 2nds & 3 3rds with most of the W’s w/ favorites I know there was No Dex or Todd there today and thats probably why he got those mounts I get it but why isnt he getting the top shelf stock to drive anymore that’s the head scratcher he showed today what happens when he does get the better ones he gets it done

Opened with a triple too. I was saying in today's t-bred thread I thought he might go 10/16.  Great work TT, and he's Burke's go to, says a lot.  Talent & wisdom!

Nobody here knows what he's thinking, wants, cares about, doesn't, and so on. He didn't wake up and forget how to drive. This happens a lot. It happened to Jack Parker Jr., Bill Fahy, and others. Tim's business/clientele changed. His top clients had a few quiet years. New drivers came into the room. Convergence of circumstances. Compounding spiral. As a result, the horses he drives change, he doesn't drive the horsepower he used to, he doesn't produce results like he used to. Me, I have no problem putting him on a good horse.

he is a great driver.

he admittedly made a good living out of getting horses the perfect 2nd over trip, which was the place to be maybe 15-20years ago--and he has spoken about how it is turned in to a speed game and how they don't stop much anymore

he is/was adapting his style to be more aggressive-either blasting or not afraid to first over as opposed to waiting for a cover trip--as the game has changed

I  know nothing about all this talk of "bad attitude" or "cockiness"

he is one of the best ever

I would use him on one of my horses in a heartbeat still to this day. I don't care how much of a prick he may or may not be.

Take tim tetrick’s penis out of your mouth. Okay you talk stupid. He won 7 races highest odds on those 7 races  was 1-1.  My little sister could have won those races. That’s what’s wrong with this industry he’s not a superstar and never was. What he was … was a drug dealer. Supplying EPO and whatever to his trainers he drove for   For many many years

You are dumb.    He supplied all the drugs to the trainers he drove for. Of coarse he’s going to win a lot of races. Look at Ron Burke. He’s the biggest cheat in the business won 16,000 races. Do you think he’s a good trainer   If you do your a moron   He’s been cheating and stealing purses and when gets caught gets slapped on wrist and puts his brother down as trainer and the great USTA people let him race without losing any time

After he lost the North America Cup on Confederate (who was pacing out of his skin) by not starting him up early enough, I have definitely seen a more aggressive driver.  He showed in right afterwards in winning the Meadowlands Pace with Confederate (amazing how we write someone off if he didn't have the power horses in one year...sort of like David Miller this year) packing his last Q sub 26.  He has also shown how he perked up Sylvia Hanover and I agree, he would certainly be a top 10 pick to drive (he has started to pick up drives from Ake Svanstedt and Ron Burke, 2 of the key stables in the sport, although I think Tetrick teams pacers better than trotters.)

(Misty meadows on ignore)
