So, where is all his prior DWIs people where talking about. Saying this is his third and must do time. Seem  as the court has no record of them.

If his license is suspended, how is he going to get to all the track where he drives? Is this one of those deals where is is permitted to drive to work?

I don't know the guy whatsoever. Only seen the video. In general if he has friends like samstar enabling him by telling him excuses like everyone is imperfect and you do lots of good things etc etc his chances of learning any lesson is exactly 0%

Yes. They granted him a conditional license. He must complete his court appointed program. If it does not include an alcohol abuse program, they did him no favors.
