Before I wind this group down. Let's go over some history. Thankfully one piece of trash will be a new resident at a New York State prison. And it got me thinking just how disgusting the industry really is. Not a soul from the industry showed up in court to represent the sport. Meanwhile the USTA who will need to have a review of me should I ever "nope" choose to renew my membership. Detrimental to the sport, me. Record as a trainer is clean as a whistle. I've helped many a Standardbred in trouble both in and away from the industry. Then you have Jason Settlemoir who after I brought him and Brice Cote some pretty solid information on a few of their "superstars", called the NJ State Police on me to have me arrested for recording an ambush meeting I was dragged into the night I went to address the Jackson brothers situation. Lying to a Detective stating I took sensitive information he gave me regarding the federal investigation "bullshit" and going public with it. Well we know that was BS since I recorded all of it, and had that been true it would have been him who was guilty of telling me! You all following me here??? And as for Mr. Settlmoir, Mr. Cote and Team Gural, what have they accomplished? They ban ME, yet look at who is back racing at The Meadowlands. Remember that list of 33 Mr. Gural spoke about after the 60 Minutes story? Those found to have used and tested positive by the feds? The tests that were sent to Hong Kong? Those people will NEVER race at his tracks again.....record scratch sound. Check that, well not ever again. They're back, even some of the worst. So I want to know one thing, why wasn't I mentioned back then? I'm insulted that I wasn't mentioned along with the horse abusing, drug using, public defrauding criminals who have helped ruin what is left of the reputation of harness racing. Think about it, they're welcome with open arms. If the guy who fights for the Standardbreds walks in, Jason will call the police. Even trespassed from Historic Track for complaining about ice? Can you imagine if I rang the bell in Columbus, Ohio??? Barney Fife would have a SWAT team rappel down the side of the building. 😂

So what I'm saying is, it can't be fixed. It's "fixed" for them, not you.
