Aaron Merriman wins 9 at Northfield last night and there isn't even one sentence about it on the USTA site.

It's become so boring watching him get the best horses to drive and then 90% of them go to the front and go around twice and he's a hero.

It's about time. The main advantage of a website over a newspaper is that you can post news close to real time. I guess the USTA or Northfield never got that message.

Merriman is king at Northfield but at either Scioto or Dayton he is average at best. Not sure who likes to drive 1/9 shots more Merriman or Amac

The racing side of Northfield must be losing some major amounts of cash racing 4-5 nights a week year round at 15 races per card and having a decent purse structure. Slot welfare at its finest when complete stiffs like Chris Lems and Kurt Sugg can easily do 2 million plus in purses year after year. Hell Lems was not even the leading driver at Vernon most years.
