Isn't this a very lenient fine??? Pretty sure if you hit a person with a hammer--you would be in jail.

I told you guys it was a hoax. They checked the cameras. Couldn’t find it. They fined him $250 cuz a complaint was filed by Maria. Heather paid the fine for him anyways out of her settlement money she got from Balmoral. $250 is drop in the bucket for Heather she’s been going thru that settlement money with Mark living it up for months now.
