Which one of you put up the money for Snowstorm Hanover whom he supposedly bought from overseas?  HRU reported it a couple weeks ago and it is doubtful he has the money for airfair for him or the horse.

No buggies do not have license to be on the road here in Ohio.  They actually go to jail for not following traffic laws because they refuse to put safety lights on the buggies.
