homer has had any good in a long time ..

outside of ponda  warrior everything in barn were just horses.last yr .

im confused i wish he name the other big time horses anything that  made over 100k ...

again peoples idea of makin money varies ..

i think he made close to 3 mill in purses this yr at hoosierpark,,

homer was close to 700k total purses

Damn, that's not close.  Still need to factor in yearling cost, bills, etc to see how much of a better year Erv had.  And how close people are to getting investment back.  But it all boils down to you and the other owners feeling like you are getting your money's worth.  That's all that matters in the long run.  I do hope you spoke about keeping them fresh for the big night in October.  You had a nice year, but should've been much better.  You have some nice ones.

It’s not an apples to apes comparison. Erv has anywhere between 75-100 horses at his fingertips at all times. Homer probably 12-15. I’ve watched these guys over the years and also Erv came around Chicago much later than homer, I’m telling you homer always had good colts year after year. Homer abdconnie never wanted to deal with lots of different owners. Erv don’t care who you are if you got money. I like both guys buy I Wouk did probably choose+homer.
