GLEN: People sure do read PLOP don't they. I,JOHN FRANK ARMY confesses he did not WIN. He thought he did. Until next mornin when he reviewed ticket. YES,I LOST.
Same as 15 years ago at upstaires TRACKSIDE. Thought I had won because I had scratched off 20 and they all matched winnin #'S. Thought that had to be the winner. Did not scratch off the prizes. Did it the next morning. Place was packed at the bar with everyone I knew. Drinks were on me for rest of day. Me bar bill with tip was $450.00. That OK because every day I at track and trackside ME had a big bar bill. Like I originnaly said,MONEY meen nothin to me. IT be only embarressin thinkin I had won and did not. Called me nephew and was gonna distribute $16.000 to about 10 people because that would be tax free for them and myself.
PEOPLE sure do read plop don't they. But maybe not. I,ss assumin it be JAY who I talked to or could be CLOCKBRAIN,or APCD who was there that day 15 years ago.
