The selection of horses into each division was was ran through the usta program and only 1 time according the USTA. Now is there a trick of how you list them in the software that can control the result, I do not know. When 5 of the top 6 horses are in one division, something is faulty.
THE SOFTWARE ORGANISES THE HORSES IN ORDER OF EARNINGS AND TIME. THEY TAKE THE FIRST SIX AND PUT THEM IN ONE DIVISION AND THE NEXT SIX AND SO ON. ROBIN THE RACE SECRETARY JUST PUSHES A BUTTON ON THE COMPUTER AND THE DRAW IS DONE. SHE DOESNT HAVE ANY CONTROL OVER THE COMPUTER ORGANISING THE HORSES ACCORDING TO WINNINGS AND TIME.
