Erv is a known cheat. He switched a gelding and passed him off as a filly at the meadowlands a few years back and made over a million dollars in the filly and mare stakes. Then when he was exposed he said it was the tracks fault not his. Really?? Do you guys actually think Erv doesn’t pre race the F out of those horses? He has good juice. He’s a good horseman but he uses hood juice on disloyal bred horses and that spells money. It’s not hard to win when you have five out of nine horses in the race. Get real

The horse's name was Martha Maxine.  I'm not here to defend Erv but he didn't take a gelding and pass it off as a filly.  The filly looked like a filly from the outside but anatomically she was a male.  She was a hermaphrodite and after they scanned her she was made to race in horses & geldings.

I agree that it was a long time ago, but it did happen and Erv is way too good of a horseman to not know this. Rocco, I'm just saying. It doesn't matter if something happened a century ago if IN FACT it happened! Heck slavery happened 400 years ago and in 1865 Abraham Lincoln abolished it. When a filly looks like a filly why in the heck would you scan her for a pair of nuts?  Why not blame the farm who sold her?  They seen her everyday from birth to the time she sold.

I kinda agree with you but the fam had her for a year and half. Erv raced her for like 5+ years. Just Cause the farm F’ed up doesn’t mean it was okay for Erv to continue the F-up. I’m just saying. Makes me no difference either way but I just don’t believe something this big could get by Erv but I guess anything is possible. Lots of talk around Chicago about Erv being named in the next group of horsemen being indicted.
