POSITIVE TEST- POST RACE PA Code Title 7-203.22, 401.2 A(1).401.41, 205.33, 205.501 (14). Sample #376667 was found to contain Triamcinolone acetonide, a Class 4 drug at a level of 130.8 pg/mL. Sample was provided by #1 Fiftyfour K, who finished 1st on 7/30/2021 at the Meadows, and was trained by Mr. Burke. A request for a split sample also contained Triamcinolone acetonide at a level of 156 pg/mL. Thus, #1 Fiftyfour K is disqualified and placed eighth, the purse ($9030) is ordered to be returned and redistributed, and Mr. Burke, trainer of record, is fined $1500 and given a full 15 day suspension. During his suspension, Mr. Burke is denied the use and privileges of all the grounds sanctioned by the PASHRC. All horses owned and/or trainer by Mr. Burke may only be transferred through the Judges office at the Meadows. The fine and purse must be paid within 10 days of this ruling. Mr. Burke has 10 days to appeal this decision to the PASHRC, Bureau of Standardbred Racing.
