THOUGHT I HEARD IT WAS TAX ISUUES
Again?

Old case or new case?
Supposedly when Schmoli was blocked from driving in the past because of Illinois State Taxes owed he was able to pay the back taxes and allowed to drive again.
If the problem is back taxes owed then how does the state expect him to pay if he can't drive?

Obviously he can get another job but his wages could/would be garnished by the state until he paid all his back taxes.
The state can do the same garnishment with his driver's fees and earnings.
Take a percentage until his is paid up and let him drive.

I have to side with Smoli on this one.

Granted Smoli doesn't win very often but isn't some money being paid on his back taxes better than no money being paid on his back taxes?
