why did they ban justin from vernon a couple of years ago??

Vernon had a rule that prohibited more than 2 drivers with the same surname from driving in its races .
They felt that having Justin in the mix with Claude Jr  ( who is a Senior citizen) , Claude III .would tend to confuse new bettors as to who was who, and who was tied to who , from a family point of view.

Now that they are short of horses and drivers .."Anything Goes"
