How about a weaker field and you put the horse out front while honest fractions the horse just kept to task. The first four within a length the rest of the field 5 lengths or further back. A subpar bunch of animals and it showed. John V to the front and end of story. The favorite bumped early and raced wide wide cost him maybe a win...that's racing.

Not every race but more than fair amount of juicing and cheatin goes on. Have to be foolish not to acknowledge the obvious. All the tour de France pundits for  for ten yrs said armstrong wasn't cheatin but we all knew.

Usually ones looking to obscure the obvious are the ones that have something to lose.

bafferts 7th or 8th stringer wins the derby. wasnt even a thought a few months ago. been a juicer all his life. breeders cup does alot of out of competition testing and so so many baffert favorites ran like they were dead. i never will believe his wins are clean

Baffert is the King of Juice.  I don't know how he just keeps getting away with it.  NBC just wants to keep him and white hair on the broadcast every year.

with baffert its not just the amount of positives, its also the excuses. then he goes completly cold after each positive. he pretty much made me give up betting top tier races because he wins when least expected and burns a lot of money the rest of the time.

The way his horse just kept going, there is no doubt in my mind that he was hopped up.  It just keeps on going, I agree with you, I am not going to bet the big races when he is involved, because he is a flat out cheater.
