What is more ironic is how silent the USTA website is. You would think that they would jump over a river of alligators to write a story on a prominent female trainer? Wrong, they smell the bullshit so it’s a black eye, they stay silent.  Just like they stayed silent on Brian Sears being arrested and serving zero suspension for his actions. Heaven forbid the governing body grow a pair of balls and step up and make a stand.

Very true. I am still trying to figure out why we still need USTA and yet every year I have to shell out money for a worthless license to an association that has absolutely no backbone. Each state runs their own show now and doesn't even adhere to proposed rules voted on by USTA. Where was the USTA when PA and NY swept positive tests under the rug? They run and hide when any controversial issue rears its head. All the officials of the USTA are walking conflicts of interest, as they own and breed horses that are now being trained by the biggest gassers in the sport. They need to go.

So, what do suggest the USTA do, Mike?

I follow your point, Mike. But, as you state, USTA does not issue an ocupational license.  Just a membership.  It would have no legal standing in any state. Membership at the USTA is based on their standards of moral turpitude.  Hence the 5 questions that must have a no checked.
Anyway,  forget the USTA for doing the job of the state.
