Over the years,JOHN FRANK ARMY has defended LUCPARK on anythin. Maybe my post don't count as I a TB guy.
But the guy has been in the standard bred game a long time. Grew up in it: IS A FACK. Nows the CHICAGO circuit like no other.

The Neo Nazi / KKK guy that adds   the "Hebrew" to the

track owner's name is begging for some attention in his life.

"Horseplop" gives him some "worth"...but we all

know he is the saddest person out there.

He is crying inside and will only answer with 5th

Actually,  the USTA will be looking into the possibility  of having his license suspended

for "behaviour  detrimental to the sport".

A State Racing license is a privilege ...and any track

may choose the right of exclusivity" with regard to

the choice of its participants....f or a specific reason

or no reason at all.

Racist banter is certainly not elevating the Sport of

Harness Racing to any extent.

The legal department of the USTA will be alerted to

a possible suspension of his License (s).

An associate has emailed his name to several

Racing Commissions including Indiana....

Hoosier Park could declare him a "persona non gratis"..

He will need an attorney....and be tied up in court for years.

no hate for Gural here..however, his intent all along for "saving the M1" was just a facade for wanting a casino

his declaring himself "saviour" and feeling entitled to have a casino has rubbed many the wrong way

he is a snake oil salesman who didn't understand how NJ politics work

you cannot just put on your Burger King crown, walk in to the Trenton State House, declare yourself "Saviour" and expect to be awarded a casino. He thought he deserved it.

Some transparency would be nice. If he truly was a saviour--he wouldn't complain about the electric bills, overhead, etc, He wouldn't have threatened to stop hosting The Hambletonian(he already ended his relationship with them)..and he wouldn't shit all over his own customers by getting in to bed with the CAW handle.

If you want to be a true savior, then dig in to your pockets and keep your mouth shut, instead of whining and crying and threatening.

this is not hate against him and has nothing to do with him being Jewish. This is also not a dream/wish that harness racing ends, It is just facts.

Maybe racing would be better off without a M1, breeding is way down(except KY/OH), fields are smaller, handle decreases every year--maybe some contraction would be healthier for what is left of the industry.

Breeders and owners that are still interested are moving and concentrating their efforts and resources to Kentucky.

Everyone just needs to let go of the warm and fuzzy feelings that The M1 provided for us in the 80s and 90s and take a gulp of reality. Times have changed. There will be no casino for Gural anytime soon.

Gural's Casino.....I don't think that anyone on here called you a "Gural hater, a harness racing hater, or an anti-semite". And you make valid points about some of Gural's shortcomings. And very few harness racing fans believes that the Meadowlands will ever return to the glory days of the 80's and 90's. My personal belief is that I want to Meadowlands to continue racing. If all the NY/NJ breeders go to Kentucky, that's a sad reality. Although I hope some of the breeders will stay. I am hoping the Meadowlands endures in the years to come.

   An excellent post. When Gural first entered the scene, I actually supported his efforts. A friend of mine, who also posted here, kept telling me how dumb I was, that Gural was just a snake oil salesman.  He was correct. Gural is nothing but a hypocrite. He hires horse dopers to train for him, but ran out Pena for doing the same thing his trainers did. His entire purpose for "saving" the Meadowlands was to eventually get a casino there. The Meadowlands loses money, almost every time they open their doors. Harness racing is filled with horse dopers, women beaters, drunks, and drug addicts. It's not just Gural to blame either, the racing commissions, whose responsibility is to safeguard the integrity of the sport, is just as corrupt as the rest. No rules enforced equally, no regulation, and this is what harness racing has become. A sport that only exists because of welfare. Without casinos, harness racing has ZERO chance of survival.
