I don't understand the title of this thread. Fillion appealled months ago, and lost.

It's just one "l" in Filion and that matters. From memory it was a request for a stay that was denied. He has an appeal with HRAP but the date is not set (TBD). It would seem that the Moreau appeal should be heard before proceeding. Could be wrong.

fortunately they were not able to be reinstated by legal bull shit
some of the reasons for  case dismissal by Moreau lawyer were laughable

If you think Moreau is gone then you are out of touch. He owns a farm and rents to a few guys who couldn't win a fix race until recently.
