Just because you don't like Trump, it doesn't make you mentally unstable. Half the nation can't stand him. But I think seeing and talking to a professional mental health expert is a good idea for many people. The stigma from years ago of folks going to see a "shrink" is long gone. So take advantage of any "help" offered. If by some chance, if it makes you feel better, what's the harm in it?
