He'll never come on here, nor should he. That used to be my job when his grandfather or the woman he was dating would read what guys like Hush Limbaugh were saying about him and a bunch of others. It used to drive him nuts, over and over I'd tell him why do you care. I've said before I even got hold of Nance when HL posted pics of his son which was fucked up, but they know it would get his goat. Same shit they've done to me, I'm used to it. And again, it wasn't him who initiated what happened, it was the friend of Ford's wife. And somehow it became my problem that what I was doing here was causing problems. And that's when it turned to shit with him asking me multiple times to lay off Ford.....then Banca and Marks. What does that tell you?

It tells me they are all corrupt scumbags and at some point they're going to turn on each other while their world gets smaller and smaller.

They should all not be in allowed of 500' of a horse either.

Going after an animal advocate, like they've done to you, making it personal, dragging your family into it - people who do that will get what they deserve - the ability to never do that again!

And there you have it. I made it crystal clear what I was doing last time we spoke at the bagel joint. Two hours. And it ended with a veiled threat. Well how's that worked out.

  • Sweet: Thankfully Mike is on the case, along with NYCLASS and other protestors.  When any side has no represenation, then they're screwed, because money and power rule of ethics i.e. the horse racing industry and how it cannot self sustain.  Pacer 2 and G are evil, nuts too!  tmbz1

  • dougie: IIB, I think the mayor will sign the bill if it reaches his desk. The optics on this issue is bad for the horse carriage industry. Animal activists are adept to using the media to enlist horror and anger by the public.

  • Ignorance Is Bliss: It's now a bill with city council. Public hearings will be scheduled then the council votes on it. If passed it's sent to the Mayor to sign into law. He has already said he's in. Marte just took over, Bob Holden is the actual author of the bill who retired last year.

  • dougie: IIB, I have been reading some of the work Councilman Marte has been doing on this issue. I think he might be successful with passing the 'Ryders Law" Bill this time around. The image of the horse dead on the street has even been seen here everywhere. If the animal activists can get this on the ballot, who knows how the vote will go.

  • Ignorance Is Bliss: Pretty cool speaking on the steps of city hall. Imagine someone who fights for the horses, not jamming needles and tubes in them like your heroes.  [link]
