Went to race one to bet pic5 . Started punching and when I got to his race leg , the number
was dark [unusable]. Then looked to confirm in the 'SCRATCHES' where TWJ was indeed listed
as scratched. Any way you put it or believe, Chris was in no way trying to deceive anyone, just
looking out for his horses's well-being. Any confusion or blame go to the track. Don't think Chris
was thinking 'Oh I'll hold out and wait to screw those pic 5 bettors.'

When was the last time you saw a horse that was scratched out there on the track warming up after the scratched announced removed from betting?  Are you 100% sure that you are confused with call me goo? I mean really 100%

Here is a fact that I just verified. After race 1 went official, I checked the double will pays and then proceeded to make 3 different pick 3 bets all using TBJF as a single. On the 4th bet i tried to place, she was scratched. I went back and cancelled my 3 pick 3 bets using her as she was scratched. I know you are either lying or very very confused

I was at Mohawk.  There was NO mention if the scratch til AFTER race 1.
