Number 1 question at Yonkers is how is Devita still racing. USTA hasn't moved, neither have PA or NY. Did someone spill the tea???

UPDATE:

Seems as though Ford and friends tried to have this ended pre-trial in their favor and the judge didn't buy it. Now adjourned for trial on December 1st. Seems there still may be discovery to complete. Anyway, you can run "well he really can't run", but you can't hide Marky boy!  ngc3
