I was very surprised that Jose Ortiz’s #1 was left up after almost causing a serious accident. Manny Franco on #6 could have been seriously injured when Ortiz’s horse bolted to the right in the path of Manny Franco. A long inquiry followed but the always inconsistent judges left Ortiz up. Everyone one of the four TV commentators were very surprised as was I. Watch the reply and express your opinion fellow Ploppers.

i think the issue is you cant tell if when he crossed over if he was clear.... the judges must be able to prove it in court in case of appeal... pictures does not show clear case....  that is what they take in account when they DQ  someone..  IT defenitley was not a slam dunk take down or stay up.. tough call

This is true, and the race was unofficiacl for about 10 minutes while they must have made some sort of deteremination.
