How in the hell did the USTA allow the name JACK WACKER to slip by?

Scratched in race 9 at Hoosier. I meant to ask this question before now.

The name doesn't match the breeding.

Out of JK Endofanera who is named after Jack Katz the father of the Katz brothers.

So I guess you could say the Jack is for Jack Katz?...maybe but what about the Wacker part?

I did google it before posting just in case it was slang for something else.

But the only thing I could find was a fishing lure.

I've heard a thousand different names for different lures but this one didn't sound familiar.

So that left me with the slang meaning.
