Bangor and the Fair Tracks have a backstretch camera but First Tracks Cumberland doesn't ? Isn't it a rule to have one ?

it was when they eliminated the turn judges. the fairs too all have a backstrech camera. guess first tracks needs the money they save to pay management and scott.
