Chrissy Bier suspension

I watched them on Rolla podcast last night. Seems as if they are getting royally screwed by this judge in Delaware.
Such a shame because this judge has literally taken away this couples livelihood after a lifetime of dedication and back breaking work in the industry.
How can a single local judge be given such power and these folks literally have no options to fight back.

And the "defense attorney" is serving years of suspensions. Can't make this stuff up. Bottom line is unless they have the means to take it to a court of law, the commissions rule. Period.

The ones who hate racing and want all animals to roam free will side with people who race horses and have a positive their fighting?
