Now that you clowns are done. Here's the real story as of right now. This years version of the bill to end the carriage horses in NYC was never going to see a public hearing. Blocked by Council Speaker Adrienne Adams all year. Bottom line like all these promises Mamdani is making everything has to pass through City Council before any Mayor can sign it into law. We knew the bill would time out again and have to be reintroduced in 2026. But to force who is against it Councilman Robert Holden who authored the bill used a never before used by law forcing a sub committee to meet on the bill tomorrow where they will surely kill the bill. It's not open to public statements or any testimony. Just the 11 members of the Council Health Committee who will vote to kill it. We already know the chair of this committee Lynn Schulman who swore she was for the bill is actually against it. So with the new version of the council coming in, a new Speaker who will allow the new version a public Council hearing everything starts over January 1st. But in the mean time the horses still pay the price. Couldn't care less what you people think of me, but I would hope most of you would agree if you've seen how those animals live and are treated it's disgusting. Only way to stop it is literally fight City Hall and a union with very deep pockets.
LARRY NEEDS CASH!!!!

These fuckers rely on votes, simple as that.

The hearts and minds, animal lovers would seemingly far outweigh in numbers the lobby for the carriages.

So what's the story there, 2 four year consecutive terms is the limit.

They're using a lawsuit to leverage their survival.

Can NY State pass a law banding carriages state wide?
