It happens all over.
The regulatory on both sides of the border are awful, incompetent at worst complicit and corrupted.
Cheating happens on both sides of the border by just about all the avg to top drivers.
As for trainers, if that what this was about US would win easily, even if it was just proportionally.
The driver colony at Mohawk are hands down the absolute best cheaters, their avg joe driver is better at staging than the top US drivers are at winning!
Big mouth JMac let it slip after a big race he won and was being interviewed what everybody knows, but do not say...i.e. EFFORT - "when the big money is on the line."
