I can't stand it when he changes the topic by making his off topic remarks seem relevant or changes the meaning of what you write because he reads so fast he only half remembers,  or he doesn't get the real meaning of what you intend. 

Too many times I've not even bothered to post because I know within five minutes he'll butt in and people will end up responding to his bs, and I'm tired of having an arguement with him over words

That guy was a real jerk and he tried bothering everyone but burned out after a few months. I seen guys like him come and go so fast. He kept trying to disrupt horseplop and ended up frustrated and burned out. Bye bye to him. He was a loser
