But he definitely is challenging his race bike's ability to keep his fat ass upright.

Dee has a decent young trotter with him and I hope they do well.

Although it might be time to put a younger thinner guy in the bike for these Stake races.

He probably fell asleep. That guy worked years back for Erv and he was the laziest human I ever worked around   Always sleeping. But you ask if he was mentally challenged?  The ones who are mentally challenged are the owners or whoever that allow that far sucker to drive.
