WHY DOESNT JEW GURAL SPEND TAXPAYER MONEY ON BETTER TESTING AND ADVERTISING?

 THAT IS WHAT HE WANTED TO DO WITH SLOT FUELED TRACKS MONEY.  HE WANTED 5% OF THEIR MONEY TO IMPROVE TESTING AND TO ADVERTICE HARNESS RACING.

 WELL JEWFY, YOU GOT THE MONEY, AND HOW MUCH NEW TESTING ARE YOU DOING?  NONE... HOW MUCH MORE ADVERTISING ARE YOU DOING?  NONE..

STILL THE HYPOCRIT EVERYONE KNEW HE WAS, TALKED A LOT OF SHIT, ONLY THING IT DID, WAS MAKE HIS BREATH SMELL
