PRISON IS HARD FOR EVERYONE----CAMP OR SOLITARY. IT IS THE MOST DIFFICULT CHALLENGE A MAN WILL EVER FACE. THERE ARE GOING TO BE HARDENED CRIMINALS THAT HAVE BEEM INCARCERATED FOR MANY MANY YEARS---AND HATE THE WORLD! FURTHER, THE CRIMINAL JUDGMENT MUST BE PRESENTED TO THE CAMP INMATES TO SEE WHAT THE CHRGES WERE AND WHY THE NEW INMATE IS THERE. THE LAW LIBRARY WILL GIVE ACCESS TO THE CASE AND THE PARTICULARS. WILL NOT BE GOOD FOR THIS FELLA.
ONCE HE IS DONE WITH HIS TIME INCARCERATED----HE WILL STLL OWE OVER $40 MILLION! THIS WILL NEVER GO AWAY NOR CAN YOU DECLARE BK TO GET RID OF IT! TWO WAYS TO GET RID OF IT:
1. PAY IT IN FULL PLUS THE INTEREST
2. DEATH
THIS IS ONLY 2 WAYS TO BECOME NORMAL AGAIN.
62 MONTHS IS A LONG TIME IN THE REAL WORLD BUT IS A LIFETIME WHEN YOU ARE INCARCERATED. HE WILL HAVE PLENTY OF TIME TO THINK.
I AM 100% SURE THAT THIS MAN WILL BE A DIFFERENT PERSON AT THE CAMP AS OTHERS WILL NOT PUT UP WITH ANYTHING FROM ANYONE.

Counselor, I respect your opinions though i think you might be off base on the fact that other inmates are presented documentation to see the charges of a new inmate. This happens by word of mouth not actual paperwork.No administrator would be able to give that kind of access to an inmate.

It will be by word of mouth, and it will be quick. Nothing is a secret tere for long. He won't have many friends there.

THIS IS FEDERAL PRISON. ALL FEDERAL PRISONS HAVE A "JAILHOUSE LAWYER" THAT HAS SPECIAL RIGHTS EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE NOT LICENSED AS ATTORNEYS. (SOME ARE BUT MOST ARE NOT!) ACTUALLY THESE JAILHOUSE LAWYERS DO HAVE ACCESS TO THE CRIMINAL JUDGMENTS AND THIS IS ONE OF THE JAILHOUSE LAWYERS DUTIES. THEY WILL CHECK OUT EVERY INCOMING INMATE "BEFORE" THEY ACTUALLY ARRIVE AS THE GUARDS ADVISE HIM OF NEW ARRIVALS EVERY DAY IN ORDER TO ARRANGE THE ASSIGNED BUNK AND TO PROVIDE CLOTHES, WORK BOOTS, ESSENTIAL FOR THE FIRST NIGHT THERE. IN TURN THE JAILHOUSE LAWYER ADVISES THE HIERACHY OF THE CHARGES AND PRINTS OUT THE CRIMINAL JUDGMENT FROM THE LAW OFFICE. THE "JAILHOUSE LAWYER" WILL DISCLOSE THE CRIMINAL DOCKET TO THE INMATE POPULATION AND THE POWERS TO BE.
THE INMATES HAVE THEIR OWN SET OF RULES FROM BEHIND THE SCENES---THIS IS THEIR BIBLE.

Counselor, what you are saying is not true in all prisons. The inmates themselves give the info to the law clerks if they want help. The administrator and as you say guards do not. By the way, they are correction officers. Most is past around by word of mouth.You are right that every facility must have a law library but things are not handled as you might think.

Good for him! Guys never had an issue getting some good looking woman. I'd say a lot of men might be jealous of that. Yes we all know what he's done but that doesn't mean he isn't still a human being and doesn't deserve to be happy. He has hell ahead and looking him in the eyes. He did his crime he's going to pay the time. I don't see anyone bitching about Allard or banca or Dane or anyone else as much as Nick. Yes Nick was a cocky prick but come on everyone is obsessed with him.
