In the area of $200k having to be returned but not suspension?  Sounds like some bullshit.

Yes.  My vet says: “It is a problem. It’s a very good NSAID . Has to be given daily and does not lead to ulcers with long term use. However it is held up in fat cells and can take 2 weeks to clear for testing. It’s not something you would be using when you are racing weekly .”

What were the “potential mitigating circumstances “ ???  Maybe because of the 7 one didn’t win ? Second…..

Now I might know the real reason Arlene Cameron retired. Wasn't she listed as trainer on Wagners horses?

He just won an elim race tonight at Dover with one that had to forfeit $40k+.  I doubt Dover will catch anything though.  And they are really smart!   ngc3  ngc3
